We want you to love your Bieber merch, but if you're not satisfied, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition drops and tour merchandise may be subject to final sale conditions.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Print it out and securely attach it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Ensure all original tags are attached to the clothing to qualify for a full refund.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
